OVERVIEW
We are looking for a hardworking and energetic team-player who is able to handle multiple competing responsibilities. The Customer Service Specialist will interact with our customers by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns our customers may have. They must be proficient at professionally handling high-volume calls, emails, CRM software and on-line chats.
